Free-standing, two-storey, four-room house can comfortably accommodate 4-6 people. One floor has a kitchen with dining room, toilet, equipment room, bedroom and living room with terrace entrance. The other floor has a hallway, toilet, bathroom, bedroom, two spare rooms and a loft. The layout of the house can be changed to fit your requirements. The house is a standard detached building for a family. Available in brick or prefabricated versions.

Price includes building shell (construction, outside walls, internal partitions, rafters, sheet metal roof, insulation) and utilities (anthracite aluminium windows and doors, thermal insulation, floor heating and electric hot water boiler, wiring and electrical installations, plaster, railing and white exterior façade (wood panelling extra).
Price does not include basement slab and any basement construction.
