Price includes building shell (construction, outside walls, internal partitions, rafters, sheet metal roof, insulation) and utilities (anthracite aluminium windows and doors, thermal insulation, floor heating and electric hot water boiler, wiring and electrical installations, plaster, railing and white exterior façade (wood panelling extra).
Price does not include basement slab and any basement construction.
